**About you**
- Develop and implement systems to improve work processes and customer service
- Supervising, mentoring, managing and developing the Statutory Planning staff
You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.
