A global Professional services organisation with 6 offices across Australia as well as locations in Europe, The Middle East, The Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific.

**Role summary**

This is a stand alone AP position that requires a strong background in all round accounts payable, as well as strong experience in generating overseas payments.

**About the role**
- Liaise with banks and overseas suppliers as required re international settlements
- Provide back up support for cash flow forecast
- Monthly Intercompany journals for accounts
- Follow up discrepancies promptly
- Monitor system data and records to identify payments due
- Prepare data, documents and spreadsheets in order to prepare letters of credit and payments to overseas suppliers
- Use and maintain the ANZ eManagement systems
- Liaise with staff re expense claims and reimbursement

**Skills & experience**
- _Previous employment within a similar AP _
- _Must be able to work autonomously_
- _Effective organisation and time management skills_
- _Knowledge of all relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements_
