Accounts Payable | Accounting | Administration | Part-Time | TempWe have a part-time opportunity with a global organization and are seeking a fluent English and Mandarin speaking Accounts Payable Administrator. This position is an ongoing temp, you will be liaising with offices throughout the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**:
To process sales and purchase orders, including invoices and shipments

Managing accounts payable duties

Supporting office management and business systems

Creating and submitting sales and payables reports

Assisting with auditing and tax compliance

Conducting bank reconciliation

General accounting administration tasks

Have 1-2 years experience in accounting

Speak fluent English and Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Have a strong ability to work autonomously

Display excellent communication skills
