**Position Purpose**

As a **Security Guard / Crowd Controller** at Classique Security, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, patrons, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, de-escalating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a strong security presence at venues, events, and corporate sites.
- Monitor entry points, screen patrons, and conduct ID verification where required.
- Respond to security incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and professionally handle challenging situations.
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances.
- Report security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities in detailed reports.
- Enforce venue or site policies, including patron behaviour management and responsible service of alcohol (where applicable).
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid administration (if certified).
- Operate and monitor CCTV and security systems as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Valid WA Security Officer and/or Crowd Control License** _(essential)_
- **First Aid & CPR Certificate** _(essential)_
- **Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate** _(preferred for hospitality roles)_
- **Proven experience in security, crowd control, or event security** _(preferred)_
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good physical fitness to handle security-related duties.
- Rights to work in Australia.
