Job Title:
Principal Civil Engineer – Roads And Highways

Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical leadership in roads and highways design, delivering efficient, safe, and innovative solutions to clients' problems.
Design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary roads projects as Job Manager and/or Project Director.
Verification of roads and highways projects against current Australian standards and best practice guidelines.
Developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team, including workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design.
Coaching and mentoring young team members in technical areas, project planning, and execution.
Business development activities, identifying opportunities, and securing projects with clients and industry partners.
Requirements:
Qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia (or equivalent Professional Society).
Civil engineering experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on roads and highways projects.
Good knowledge of VicRoads and Austroads guidelines.
