Roads and Highways Project Director

We are seeking an experienced roads and highways leader to manage and deliver iconic projects, focusing on technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership across our Victorian roads and highways team.
- Drive technical excellence and ensure expected client outcomes for road and highway projects.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams on large and complex projects through the delivery phase.
- Build on client relationships to continue our strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and mentor less experienced team members.
- You are a recognised leader in the highways industry with experience working on Victorian roads and highways.
- You have established relationships with relevant governmental agencies and contracting clients.
- You are an inspiring leader who thrives on motivating and driving success across your teams, projects, and client groups.
