Job Title

A civil engineer with expertise in roads and highways is required to lead a skilled team in delivering efficient, safe, and innovative solutions to clients.

About the Role

This senior position involves providing technical leadership in roads and highways design, helping team members deliver efficient, safe, and innovative solutions to clients.

  1. Provide technical leadership in roads and highways design, helping team members deliver efficient, safe, and innovative solutions to clients.
  2. Design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary roads projects within the roles of job manager and/or project director.
  3. Verify roads and highways projects against current Australian standards and best practice guidelines including Austroads and VicRoads supplements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • a degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • registration as a professional engineer with Engineers Australia (or equivalent)
  • extensive experience in roads and highways design and project management
  • good knowledge of Austroads and VicRoads guidelines
