EIR Labour Hire QLD are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Brisbane team for an immediate start.

EIR Labour Hire QLD has been providing superior temporary workforce solutions since 2003 within predominately the Blue Collar sector.

This role will have the option to work both remotely and in the office pending business needs so flexibility is a must Our office is located in Newstead. This role on offer will be 15 - 20 hours per week with the ability for hours to grow, pending business needs. This will suit someone looking for a couple of hours per day.

The role will be fast paced and will suit someone with a driven attitude that is preferably used to high volume recruitment or has transferrable skills from a busy and varied background. The successful individual will be required to work alongside experienced colleagues and can work autonomously as this will help enable you to develop your skills within a variety of industry sectors, resources, recruitment and management across a number of accounts.

**What we are looking for**:

$30 - $40 per hour, pending experience

A driven and go getting Resourcer who has the ability to source talent from all different avenues

Experience in Blue Collar labour hire or recruitment is preferred, but not essential

Passionate, results driven and eagerness for growth

Ability to work autonomously

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conducting of reference checks

Provide excellent customer service

Database management and compliance

Reporting directly to QLD's State Manager

Management and adherence to work, health and safety
