We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia to make a difference as our Device Protection Operations Manager in the Mobile Experience (MX) division.

This role sits within the MX Sellout Platform team, responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing strategic plans to support business growth and performance.

As the Device Protection Operations Manager, you will support the Senior Product Manager in delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience across the organisation's premium device protection program (Samsung Care+).

Role and Responsibilities

Product Operations Management- Oversee daily operational tasks such as invoicing, financial reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting- Manage packcode and Product ID (PID) creation- Handle SKU registration and device tier management

Sales Data Reporting, Channel Integration & Competitor Benchmarking- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance metrics- Support integration of protection programs with sales dashboards- Analyse and assess competitor service offerings

Customer Experience & Issue Management- Manage Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, system error reports, and operational issues

Go-to-Market Execution- Operationalise new product capabilities and support channel expansion initiatives

Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in product operations or a similar role- Experience with device protection programs or similar services is highly regarded- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales and Product/Category Teams- Experience working on complex projects and the ability to understand and assess complex problems
