Our core business is time-sensitive transport of medical equipment leveraging route density between medical device companies and hospitals.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in the medical device industry, including relationship maintenance, new business opportunity identification, and sales target achievement
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including products, markets, and supply chain challenges
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to maintain competitive advantage and build relationships with new clients
  • Analyse supply chain processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Provide operational and financial insights to stakeholders and support tenders, pricing, and presentations based on customer requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management in logistics, transport, or supply chain management (medical device industry experience an asset)
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B negotiations and client engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
  • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and/or agreements
