Our retail team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a driven **Claims and Support **Advisor** to join our team managing our Workcover claims.
**The role**
In this **newly created role**, your remit will include but not be limited to:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement effective workcover claims management strategies to ensure consistency across the network.
- Managment of the end-to-end claims lodged by the clinics.
- Provide coaching to the clinics on claim management accountabilities.
- Reviewing and assessing claims to ensure consistency across the network.
- Provide general support to the retail network through Clinic Assist.
**This role can be based remotely, based in Port Melbourne or our Milton Support office.**

To ensure success you will ideally come from an audiology background and strong understanding of related funding systems focusing mainly on workers compensation across Australia and New Zealand. It will be key to have a strong understanding of legislation with regulatory bodies.
Your problem solving skills, passion for understanding and focusing on the details along with key character traits of drive, commitment and work ethic will be as important as your career journey.
