**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Lease administration
- Routine Inspections
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Open for Inspections if required at short notice
- Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
- Lease reviews
- Tenancy sign up and inductions
- Mandarin language skills, written and verbal
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent analytical, organisational and task management skills
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Exceptional customer service skills
