**Your Opportunity**
As our Retail Construction Project Coordinator, you will coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to complete the projected store fit outs, store projects and special strategic business projects. This role is working within our Design & Construction team and is responsible for ensuring projects are completed within timeframes and to our Luxottica company standards. This role involves store visits across our Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Ray Ban & Oakley stores across ANZ and would suit someone who enjoys a busy work environment and not being stuck behind a desk.
**Requirements for Success**
- Determine projected store fit out schedule in conjunction with Project Managers and other Store Coordinators
- Ensure store is open for trade on the scheduled date.
- Liaise regularly with our franchising and acquisitions team on projects as required
- Updating and issuing of store information manuals (Operations/Store Managers)
- Ensure stakeholder relationships are maintained at the highest level through all phases of fit out process
- Manage and maintain store maintenance mailbox.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations for maintenance requests
**Skills & Experience**
- Organisational, time management and prioritisation skills are essential
- Pro-actively seeks continuous improvement methods
- Stays informed of industry trends competition and changing technology
- Relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a Coordinator position within Retail industry
- Open to a travel component with this position across ANZ
