**In this Manager role, you will**:

- Coordinate inputs used to track progress across T&EO risk and compliance activities.
- Develop accurate management information for cross-division T&EO activities that support day-to-day risk management.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to simplify the sub-division's processes, improve productivity and deliver more sustainable outcomes.
- Translate data and analysis into actionable business insights.

**What you will bring**:

- Strong track record of experience in risk reporting, preferably within banking, financial or consulting services.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management & engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering consistent results, preferably in a large complex business.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Previous management experience (indirect or direct) would be highly advantageous.
