The Opportunity Based in Darwin, NT, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer role is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers.
Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner Assist customers over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.
About You Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, varied, role where no two days are the same.
Waste industry experience is highly regarded, but if you have first-class customer service skills, maybe in a contact centre environment, and can deal efficiently and professionally with a fast-moving caseload we'd love to hear from you.
