We are seeking an experienced **System Solutions Analyst (Agile Business Analyst)** to support a large-scale Federal Government transformation initiative. This role will focus on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design within an Agile delivery environment.

Youll play a key part in improving the clients digital systems and business processes through high-quality analysis and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

**About you**

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Elicit and document business and functional requirements through user stories, wireframes, mockups, and process flows
- Lead stakeholder workshops and support UAT and solution demonstrations
- Capture current-state and future-state business processes
- Negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners
- Define system integration requirements and support technical specification development
- Work in an Agile team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3+ years of experience** in system solution analysis
- Proven experience in **Agile business/functional analysis**:

- Strong background in **documenting business requirements** and designing functional solutions
- Confident in **facilitating workshops** and leading discussions with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in **business process re-engineering** (as-is/to-be documentation)
- Knowledge of **system integration specifications** and testing support (e.g., UAT)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
