We are seeking an experienced System Solutions Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to support a large-scale Federal Government transformation initiative. This role will focus on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design within an Agile delivery environment.

Youll play a key part in improving the clients digital systems and business processes through high-quality analysis and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements through user stories, wireframes, mockups, and process flows
• Lead stakeholder workshops and support UAT and solution demonstrations
• Capture current-state and future-state business processes
• Negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners
• Define system integration requirements and support technical specification development
• Work in an Agile team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in system solution analysis
• Proven experience in Agile business/functional analysis
• Strong background in documenting business requirements and designing functional solutions
• Confident in facilitating workshops and leading discussions with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in business process re-engineering (as-is/to-be documentation)
• Knowledge of system integration specifications and testing support (e.g., UAT)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
