We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to deliver Agile business and functional analysis services, contributing to iterative development cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and functional analysis, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in system solution analysis is required, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Additional requirements include proficiency in process mapping and re-engineering, as well as experience with system integration and UAT support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Agile business and functional analysis services, contributing to iterative development cycles.
  • Document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, and other visual aids.
  • Facilitate negotiations with stakeholders, users, technical teams, and product owners to align on solution outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and engage directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Perform process re-engineering, capturing both current and future state workflows.
  • Develop and manage system integration specifications to support seamless technology interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system solution analysis.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and functional analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
