About the role

As an After-Hours Travel Consultant, you will provide exceptional travel management service to a wide range of international clients. You will be a multi-skilled travel consultant and able to think on your feet. You have the option to work 100% with highly flexible rosters and hours that work for you. Our rosters suit a diverse group of individuals ranging from:

  • Anyone Studying – study during the day and work for min 3 hours per night
  • Parents balancing work-life commitments
  • Partially retired seeking flexibility so you don\'t compromise your lifestyle

Work 84 days less per year than the average consultant, plus annual leave entitlements and higher earnings. If you have exceptional client service skills and enjoy the unique hours and rosters, this is for you. We offer highly competitive salaries due to the nature of the role and shifts. You will need to be task-oriented and comfortable managing travels, transfers, and bookings for clients ranging from government organisations to events and large corporates. About You
  • Experienced Travel Consultant
  • Ability to think on your feet – lots of autonomy
  • Exceptional client service and task management skills
  • Comfortable using technology and exposure to travel tech/booking systems i.e. Sabre, Amadeus
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service – NO SALES
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Permanent Part time role for CTM Afterhours Department
  • Must have minimum 3 years experience in the travel industry with confident GDS skills in Sabre. Ideally experience with high-demand corporate accounts is helpful
  • Required to work minimum one week per month on night shift which is minimum 6 hours
  • Weekend work is required — three weekends per month with rotating shift times
  • Must be required to work Public Holidays, again on a rotating roster
