**About the Centre**

The Doveton Pool in the Park is a seasonal outdoor pool situated in Doveton. The Centre was constructed in 1968 and consists of a 50m pool, toddler's pool, learner's pool and a giant open water slide. Both Centres are important community facilities managed and operated by the YMCA on behalf of the City of Casey.

**About the role**

As the Seasonal Team Leader at Doveton Pool in the Park you will play a key role within the ONE Casey team. Reporting through to the Operations and Seasonal Facility Team Leader at Doveton Pool in the Park, you will help lead and manage all aspects of the Outdoor Swimming Pool.

You will be providing leaderships and direction to the Duty Manager, Lifeguard, Customer Service and Café staff at the facility, with support from the Operations and Seasonal Facility Team Leader. In this role you will also implement and maintain systems to ensure the facility is always presented at a high standard and will work to ensure the delivery of continual facility improvements.

This is a part time role with an hourly rate of $35.60 + super. 19 hrs per week per person.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Experience in a similar leadership role within the Sports & Recreation industry will be highly regarded but if you have significant team leadership and budget management experience from a different industry, we would love to hear from you.
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Tertiary qualifications in Sports Management, Business Management, or other related field will be highly regarded
- Previous leadership experience is essential
