Our products originate from Provence in the South of France, with an emphasis on ethical and socially responsible processes practiced since 1976. As we approach our busiest season, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Retail Team Members to join our boutiques. If you have a passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you

We're hiring immediately, with contracts running through to early January 2026. Seasonal opportunities are available in the following L'Occitane boutiques:

  • Southland
  • Doncaster
  • Highpoint
  • Emporium
  • Collins St
  • The Glen
  • Eastland
  • Geelong
  • Melbourne Central
  • Chadstone
Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests who enter the boutique and creating a welcoming environment
  • Assisting guests and providing an excellent customer experience
  • Supporting management with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment in line with WHS guidelines
  • Re-stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
