Pymble Ladies' College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role
We are seeking enthusiastic Badminton Coaches to join our dynamic sports program. We are looking for experienced Coaches as well as passionate players who are at the start of their coaching journey. These opportunities will commence in Term 1, 2025. The successful applicants will be required to attend training sessions during the week on either Monday - Thursday 6.30am -8am and/or Monday, Tuesday and or Thursday 3.30pm - 5pm. Attendance at games on Saturdays between 8am-12pm is also essential.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

- Proven experience in Badminton coaching or significant playing experience
- Relevant coaching certification (preferred but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of Badminton rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Dedication to player development at all levels
- First aid certification desirable but not essential
- Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
