Saint Ignatius' College offers a unique program of learning and formation to its students from early childhood to adult years within the context of a single Catholic learning community that is defined and enriched by Ignatian spirituality. A Coach is responsible for ensuring that the formation of students through their involvement in the Co-curricular Program is characterised by an experience of belonging, growth, engagement and companionship. They are responsible for developing both the character and skill development of students.

These coaching roles involve weekly hours to be determined by the needs of the Program and rate of pay to be determined by the contractor's level of qualification. Coaching roles available at both campuses: Junior School (Norwood) and Senior School (Athelstone).

Coaching opportunities exist for performance teams and participation and development teams within our programs. Contractors seeking performance level coaching opportunities require a minimum Foundation (Level 1) Coaching Accreditation (or equivalent), with a willingness to complete Level 2 Coaching Accreditation.
