Purpose of Role: The Regional Service Leader, will lead our technical team for customer installations and support services. The role oversees current contracts, establishing and nurturing a direct relationship with customers' counterparties. They will assist with securing ongoing projects have the proper resources and accomplish customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Services and Customer Satisfaction: Maintain regular and effective communication with Global Support Management regarding technical issues to resolve customer needs adequately. Plan, lead and supervise the technical staff's remote or field support work. Ensure the implementation of Motion Metrics corporate technical authority guidelines, reporting results, and collaborating with the Global Development and Support & Service teams.
- Customer satisfaction: Periodically visit customers and maintain permanent communication to assess service quality and build a close relationship to optimize their service experience. Deliver the highest level of quality service and support during the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Motion Metrics systems. Regularly perform meetings to review the performance of the contract, receive feedback from customers and promote Motion Metrics products and services.
- Leadership: Lead and grow the technical team, properly planning their activities and providing them with the necessary resources and tools to perform their jobs
- Contract Administration: Participate in installations, on-site visits, and other customer-required compliance visits to the mine sites. Prepare quotations for spare parts or technical services related to the contract or those generated beyond the contract's scope. Prepare or coordinate with others the documentation, reports, and other requirements to be presented to the client for the issuance of the payment statement. Manage and nurture the platforms for the official exchange of information with the clients in safety, performance, and reportability.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Academic degree in mining, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering with at least 3-year experience leading service groups and maintenance of mining equipment remotely or on-site.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract administrator for mining customers.
- Possess excellent project management, time management and analytical skills and be results-driven.
- Availability and willingness to travel frequently, including extended stays in mining locations.
