Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to support our business development function for key practice groups.
\
In this role, you will oversee the strategic development and management of client relationships, pursuit initiatives, and related pitching.
\
You will work closely with other business development managers and the wider practice area and client teams.
\
Key Responsibilities include:
\
Proactively managing key practice groups in alignment with our strategic objectives
Working with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue growth opportunities
Identifying, planning, and executing specific client engagement opportunities
\
This involves leading pitches/pursuits for new and existing clients, managing individual client relationships, and supporting on the development and marketing of emerging products and services.
\
Requirements include relevant tertiary qualifications and legal/client development experience, along with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong project management skills, proven leadership skills, and resilience and self-motivation.
