Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to drive new business growth in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive outbound prospecting via email and phone.
  • Close deals as a full-cycle sales specialist, from initial contact to contract signing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a focus on email and call-based prospecting.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding performance targets in software sales, particularly SaaS.
  • The ability to work autonomously from home without supervision.
  • An passion for marketing, music, and events that drives your enthusiasm for this role.
