As a Hotel Duty Manager, you'll lead a dynamic Front Office team to deliver seamless and memorable service for every guest.In this role, you'll create exceptional guest experiences through genuine care and leadership, including:Overseeing Rooms Division operations and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.Upholding OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Anticipating guest needs, resolving escalated issues promptly, and ensuring service excellence.Operating confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.Identifying operational challenges and providing coaching and mentorship to team members of all backgrounds.About YouYou bring:Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.A proactive and inclusive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.
