**The Role**
- Be the leader and overseer of the NPI process (New Product Introduction) from taking an idea through the various stages of the structured stage gates and ensure it is managed via change requirements to launch of the finished product into the marketplace.
- Responsible for the successful multiple New Product Introduction projects through to production and launch in the market
- Responsible for owning the process of NIP and product change.

**Skills & Experience**
- Project Management Qualification/Certification
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced within Pharmaceutical (TGA Licensed) and FMCG
- Ability to work amongst a wide variety of functions and management levels
- Strong Matrix Management and delivery experience is key. The individual holds the project team and oneself accountable for achieving the results expected by stakeholders and
customers
- Communicates accurately, clearly, and directly in both verbal and written form both internally and externally
- Strong understanding of product/process development, verification and validation techniques and tools
