**About the Role**
We're looking for a Commercialisation Manager to drive the commercial journey of game-changing agricultural technologies particularly in grains and ag-biotech.
- ; Identify, assess, and commercialise innovative R&D outputs
- ; Support IP protection and licensing deals that put Victorian research in the hands of industry
- ; Shape go-to-market strategies and investment proposals
- ; Collaborate with leading scientists, legal experts, and commercial partners
- ; Contribute to a future where science delivers direct value to farmers and the community

**About You**
- ; A degree in Business and/or Science
- ; Qualifications in IP Law, MBA or economic modelling are highly desired
- ; Proven experience in commercialisation, deal-making or IP management
- ; Knowledge of research environments, ideally in ag-tech or public sector settings
- ; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ; Passion for innovation, collaboration, and making science work for real people
