For over 100 years, we've supported the trade with top-quality products and expert advice, championing the vital work plumbers do every day.About the roleAs part of the Trade Counter team, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.Your day-to-dayA typical day involves:Providing customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesHelp keep the branch tidy and safeMake occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicleWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneCan pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn new systemsHas a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head officeOur perks and benefits:Performance based bonusesPaid annual leaveContinuous learning and development programs to support your career goalsGenerous discounts for those looking to renovate their bathroom or kitchenReece Boost - offering cashback and discounts on groceries, fuel, insurance, travel and morePaid parental leaveWhat happens next
