Trade Training Specialist

Our organisation seeks a skilled Trade Training Specialist to provide comprehensive training and guidance to inmates. The ideal candidate will have expertise in agriculture, horticulture, grounds maintenance or construction-based trades. A key aspect of the role is managing and assessing inmate performance, promoting rehabilitation, and contributing to their successful reintegration into society.

The successful applicant will possess a trade certificate or equivalent qualification and be willing to undertake further training to obtain Certificate IV in Training & Assessment accreditation within the first year of employment. Additionally, they will have a minimum of five years post-trade experience and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
