**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Trade Counter Assistant to join our team. As part of this role, you will play a vital part in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and information about products;">
  • Issuing quotes both in person and over the phone;">
  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently;">
  • Maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate product information is provided;">
  • Using a computer and learning new systems with ease;">
  • Operating a company vehicle to make occasional deliveries to customers;">

**What We Are Looking For:**

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate. A clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, is also required.
