Trade Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trade Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the inmate work detail, training inmates in their roles, and providing advice to community partners on project design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the inmate work detail
- Train inmates in their roles and provide competency assessments
- Advise community partners on project design and delivery
About You:
- You have a trade certificate or equivalent in Agriculture, Horticulture, Grounds Maintenance, or a Construction-based trade
- You have a minimum of 5 years post-trade experience
- You possess developed production and customer service skills
- You have attention to detail and experience with Quality Management Systems
