**About your role**

The role of Human Resources Business Partner is an integral part of the HR Team; its objective is to partner with the business to develop effective working relationships,influence, challenge and coach the management team on their leadership style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area goals, HR tactical and organisational change.

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in a human resources or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Sound knowledge of organisational development and talent management
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
- Coaching capabilities
- Solid understanding of change management
- High level of commercial acumen
- Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Project management experience
- Understanding of Automotive and automotive financial industry is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in workplace investigations and solutions
- Excellent presentation and computer skills
- Solid experience in providing support and solutions to commercial operations or a similar environment
