We are seeking a full time 360 Recruiter in Sydney, either located in Parramatta or Liverpool NSW. This exciting, warm temporary desk is in manufacturing and distribution with multiple, current, accounts to manage from the moment you start.

Transcend will offer you a long term, permanent role, ongoing training, development, career progression and flexible working hours.

**Transcend Group is a growing company** based in Victoria and Sydney. We specialise in consulting services, labour hire and recruitment for the manufacturing, engineering and construction industries. We have an established client base across these industries and are extremely busy with temporary and permanent recruitment. With this our team is growing rapidly and we require an experienced Recruiter in Sydney to join us on this exciting journey

**Duties of the role: Do you enjoy a fast paced working environment, where everyday is different?**
- Building and maintaining strong talent pools, referrals, Social Media and our database, Jobadder
- Compliance management and conducting background checks including references, police and medical checks where required.
- Account management and development to grow temporary placement numbers and maintain strong relationships
- Building strong relationships with current and new accounts.
- New business development to grow your desk
