About the Role
Marcal Paper, a leader in sustainable paper products, is looking for a driven Entry Level Sales Representative to grow our reach in the away-from-home bath tissue and dispenser market. In this role, you'll build new businesses, support existing customers, and work closely with local distributor partners to drive sales within your territory.
What You'll Do
Prospect and secure new commercial, industrial, and institutional customers throughout your territory.
Work closely with local distribution reps to coordinate deliveries, resolve customer needs, and drive product pull-through.
Plan and execute customer visits to maintain a healthy pipeline, meet sales targets, and maximize territory coverage.
Conduct engaging demos and training to showcase Marcal's product features and sustainability benefits.
Prepare proposals, negotiate within established pricing guidelines, and close sales that build long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute effective sales plans.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Monitor local competitors and market trends to position Marcal as the preferred choice.
What You Bring
Experience:
2-5 years B2B sales
, ideally selling through distributors or within janitorial/sanitary supply, foodservice, or related industries.
Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing a territory.
Skills & Education:
Associates or Bachelors Degree.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills with a self-directed, proactive approach.
Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office tools.
Valid State Driver's License required
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Performance-based incentives

Travel is a must within the assigned region, primarily day travel with 3-4 overnights a month.
