With a strong safety culture and a commitment to high-quality outcomes, we've built a reputation as the employer of choice for skilled and driven tradespeople.Your RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects across multiple Bowen Basin mine sites.
You'll manage site teams, drive project performance, and ensure all electrical work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects.Lead and motivate site-based electrical teams to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.Ensure compliance with all electrical safety legislation, mine site requirements, and company policies.Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgets, and reporting.Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and work processes.Build and manage scopes of work based on electrical tender documentation.Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.About YouTrade-qualified Electrician with an active QLD Electrical LicenceMinimum 3 years\' experience in electrical project or shutdown managementProven ability to lead and deliver large-scale electrical projects safely and efficientlyProficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectStrong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skillsThorough understanding of WHS regulations and electrical standardsDemonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and team developmentWhat's on OfferAttractive Salary Package – Rewarding your skills and leadershipFully Equipped Company Vehicle + Phone + LaptopSafety-First Culture – Your wellbeing is our top priorityCareer Progression – Opportunities to grow within a supportive teamEmployee Assistance Program – For you and your immediate familyWhy Join Richglen?
