About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical and instrumentation teams across various infrastructure and fixed plant equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical and instrumentation works, ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems.
  • Manage daily work schedules in coordination with planning and production teams.
  • Lead by example in the field, mentoring trades and promoting a positive culture.

Requirements:

  • QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Cert III in Instrumentation (desirable)
  • S1, S2, S3 or G2 (essential)
  • Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations (conveyors, crushers, wash plants, etc.)
