**About the role**
We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media Executive to help manage and grow our online presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in social media within a professional, creative environment. You'll be working one day per week on a casual basis, supporting our campaigns and learning from an experienced team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Meta Ads Manager implementation and reporting
- Proven ability to provide optimisations and strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Social media content creation and production-ability to write social copy in brand voice and perform basic design (Canva)
- TikTok ads manager (or past experience with Snapchat)
- Competency with Excel
- Reporting & analysis skills (Google Analytics desirable)
- Experience with scheduling tools (Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite desirable)
- Organic social strategy and experience across platforms (Facebook, Instagram,, TikTok, Threads, X)
- Ability to identify and engage with social media trends in a way that is relevant for the brand voice

**Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant bachelor degree or 2-4 years social & paid advert experience across the media industry or agency
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, overcome hurdles and think strategically
- A growth mindset and a drive to learn and grow within the business
- Understanding of what motivates others to make decisions
