Grapevine – Social Media Senior/Account Executive – Consumer

In this role, you'll lead content creation, social strategy, and execution for some of Australia's most exciting FMCG brands - from coffee and cheese to mangoes and nuts. • 20 days holiday (with office closure over Christmas/New Year)

About the job

As Senior/Account Executive (Social), you'll manage social accounts end-to-end — leading content creation, posting, engagement, and paid media across a varied portfolio of FMCG clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, filming, and producing engaging social content
• Managing scheduling and posting across platforms
• Community management and engagement
• Running paid social campaigns and reporting results
• Leading day-to-day client relationships and delivering high-quality work
• Juggling 3–5 accounts with agility across peaks and troughs

This is a tactical, execution-focused role for someone who loves to do, bringing ideas to life with creativity, speed, and flair.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience at a social-first agency (ideally 18 months+ at AE/SAE level)
• Bring FMCG brand experience (coffee, fruit, nuts, bread ideal)
• Be obsessed with social media, trends, and influencers
• Confidently run end-to-end campaigns across content, community, and paid
• Be detail-oriented, organised, and creative
• Have strong client service skills (hospitality or customer-facing experience valued)
• Be professional in client settings, while easy-going and casual in-office
• Possess a can-do attitude, positivity, and team spirit
