**Supported Independent Living (SIL) House Supervisor - Disability Support**
**Advance support Co Pty Ltd are looking for experienced, organised and passionate House Supervisors to join our amazing team**
The positon is based in Croydon Vic in brand new modified house.
A key role of a House Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day running of a house where our participants live; you will manage their supports and provide supervision and support to the support worker team.
This role requires extensive experience in managing people, report writing and the ability to manage a broad range of daily responsibilities. You must have at least 3 years in a similar role and be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the requirements and operations of a SIL house.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team to assist participants living with a disability in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment.
As the House Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for Advance Support Co participants, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements and NDIS practice standards. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team to achieve positive outcomes for clients in a residential setting
- Work collaboratively with families and allied health team
- Coordinate a range of day-to-day tasks including compliance, medication management, weekly reporting and general house duties
- Ensuring that services are consistent with the our values including all relevant policies and procedures
- Managing daily operations of support services including managing rosters
- Regularly reviewing and updating participant documentation and care plans
- Inducting and training new support staff
- Conducting supervision sessions with support staff
- Addressing team conflicts and performance issues
- Participating in staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions
- Identifying, reporting, and following up on workplace health and safety matters
- Managing and reporting incidents
- Performing general administrative duties
- Assisting participants with their direct care needs

Current Victorian Driver's License
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Access to a personal motor vehicle
Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
Completed NDIS Orientation Module
Completed NDIS New Worker Module
Proof of your right to work in Australia
Manual Handeling certificate
Medication administration certificate
Min Cert 4 in disability or aged care (preferred)
Nursing qualifications highly regarded

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $43.00 - $72.73 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
