Sil Coordinator Job Opportunity

You will be a key team member in our Services department, providing comprehensive support to staff and individuals with disabilities.

  • Supervising Support Workers in SIL houses to deliver high-quality services.
  • Developing and implementing individual support plans, including health and wellbeing needs.
  • Coordinating daily living supports to achieve NDIS plan goals.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating team processes and ensuring administration tasks meet compliance requirements.
  • Driving professional development for staff and yourself.
  • Participating in an After-Hours roster to provide support and guidance to Support Workers.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or relevant areas.
  • Deep understanding and experience in implementing the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
  • Capacity to manage and develop high-functioning teams and leadership skills.
  • Strong experience working in SIL settings for people with disabilities.
  • Experience working with people with multiple and complex disability and behaviour support requirements.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure.
