This is Accor Plus' biggest change in over 30 years of business, making it the most exciting time to join us.About the Role - Loyalty Sales ConsultantIn this role, you will be calling previous guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to join our award winning, paid Loyalty Membership Program.
More specifically, you will:Make outbound calls to customers who have stayed at an Accor hotelUse Accor Plus sales methodology to discover needs & close saleAbout YouYou enjoy speaking with people and have the confidence to build rapport quickly.
You can stay motivated by achieving sales targets and take pride in delivering unforgettable experiences to our loyal membersStrong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customersActive listening and a genuine interest in understanding customer needsExcited about working in a sales environment, with uncapped commissionsAble to start paid training, in office, on Wednesday the 23rd of Septemberfrom 9am to4.30pm for 1 week, and then work from our Parramatta CBD office, 20 hours a week (Mon-Fri)Open to negotiating a flexible, hybrid roster (post training)Why Us?
