We are looking for an energetic individual to come on board as our new Sales Support Officer. The role has a strong focus on enabling and supporting our IT/Telco sales reps & partners. Office-based, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting B2B Sales & Partner Reps
- Drafting quotes based on sales solutions
- Site qualifications
- Contract generation
- CRM entry of approved sales
- Answering inbound calls
- Support for inbound consumer sales

**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role is highly desired
- Industry experience desired but not essential
- Intermediate User in Google and/or Microsoft Product Suite
- Contract / Quoting Experience desired

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Murarrie, QLD 4172: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
