The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a new People and Culture Business Partner to join the team. Partnering with Residential Aged Care, you will have a rich and varied portfolio that consists of stakeholders who value and engage strongly with P&C. We work together to support their service delivery to our communities and to our people.

Our People and Culture team consists of Workplace Relations, Volunteer Programs and People and Culture Business Partnering. We are part of the broader People, Culture and Safety team and work closely and collaboratively with each other to get the best outcomes. The People and Culture Business Partner (PCBP) will provide effective, accurate and timely human resources support, advice and coaching to managers and employees across the organisation with a keen focus on building a positive employee experience.

First and foremost, we are seeking someone who shares our values and can see how they would align to our mission and vision of partnering with our communities for fullness of life and creating communities where everyone is cherished. It is also important that you enjoy working in a team that is genuinely caring and supportive of each other, and that you want to contribute to that.

You will need to have experience as a Business Partner or Manager, or be a highly experienced Advisor ready to take the next step. Strong and successful experience in case management, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and stakeholder management will be necessary to see your own success in the role. Building and maintaining trusting and strong relationships with your stakeholders will be absolutely integral.

If you have experience in the NFP and/or Residential Aged Care space, that would be brilliant
