**About the Role**

Is making a positive difference for the community what motivates you?

If so, an opportunity has become available to become a part of our Parking Compliance team, rostered between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. Regularly rostered overtime on weekends is a requirement of this role.

The Parking Compliance Team is based at the Dandenong Civic Centre, however the role covers the entire municipality.

What does the Parking Compliance team do?
- Enforce parking restrictions under the Road Safety Act & Regulations
- Respond to and investigate reports of illegal parking
- Educate the community on parking related matters
- Conduct regular patrol records
- Assist with the monitoring of Councils school crossings

If this role sounds like it could be for you, previous experience in a customer service role and a good knowledge of Part 12 of the Victorian Road Rules will be an advantage but is not essential.
