Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all crushing operations, ensuring adherence to production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections of the crushing plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in crushing operations or a similar role in the mining or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of crushing equipment and processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
- Proficient in using software tools for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
