Senior Crusher Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Crusher Manager to join our mining operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring crushing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met in accordance with client contract terms and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement crushing strategies to achieve optimal production levels.
  • Lead a team of crushing personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on wear parts life, crusher maintenance, and repair schedules.
  • Assess and manage inventory of crusher parts and consumables.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles within the crushing industry.
  • Frontline Management Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Current clean driver's license.
  • Sound knowledge of safety systems and protocols.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-performance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
