**_ The Company:_**

Our client is a rapidly growing business within the printing industry, having sustained considerable growth over the past couple of years.
As a result they are looking to expand the team with an Administration Assistant who has the right attitude that can hit the ground running.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Providing administration support to business.
- Day to day clerical work (processing invoices, entering stock etc).
- Picking/packing orders when needed.
- Customer service and answering phones.
- Daily data entry and use of word and excel.

**_ Skills & Experience:_**
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or equivalent degree.
- Have a minimum of 1 years work experience in an administrative role.
- Understand the importance of and have a focus on being detail orientated.
- Enjoy working around other people and be a team player.
- MUST HAVE intermediate understanding of word, excel, O365 and Windows10.
- Ability to speak English and Chinese (Mandarin) is very highly regarded.
