Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a permanent part-time role where you will have the opportunity to support customers and their families living with hearing loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation daily by engaging with potential customers
  • Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets
  • Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling appointments for potential customers
  • Complete operational processes and develop strategies to increase customer engagement, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable interacting with potential customers on a daily basis
  • Previous experience meeting business targets
  • Strong listening & communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Availability to work full-time retail hours on a rotating roster
  • Someone who is willing to travel to multiple stores in the surrounding areas
